Contorno Re, Inc. is a reinsurance company. We do not sell insurance to individuals, and we do not collect personal information from consumers through this website.

This site collects only limited business contact information you choose to provide and standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which we use to operate the site and respond to inquiries.

In the course of our reinsurance business, we receive claims, enrollment and health-related information from ceding insurers and their administrators. That information is received under treaty and confidentiality provisions, is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and security laws — including HIPAA where applicable — and is used solely for underwriting, claims review, actuarial analysis, audit, retrocession and regulatory purposes.

We share it only with service providers, retrocessionaires, auditors and regulators bound by comparable obligations.
